Today, they produce the finest gauze clothing and bedding in order to provide quality sleep. By using "Wazarashi", the traditional Japanese cotton scouring treatment, their cotton gauze is even softer and safe for sensitive, delicate skin.   

The touch of the gauze becomes even softer when it is washed several times. Their traditionally made cotton gauze does not contain formaldehyde; hence, its highly recommended to ones with delicate or sensitive skin.

*What is "Kyo Wazarashi Mensya"?*

Kyo Wazarashi Mensya, a variation of cotton gauze made with Japanese traditional technique, has been used since the old times. The method allows a layer of air among each fiber, making the cotton high moisture-absorbable and breathable.

The Black dye is the Japanese traditional black dyeing technique developed by Kyoto Montsuki, which was founded in 1915. Traditionally, this form of black dyeing technique is specially used in dyeing male kimonos of formal occasions. In collaboration with Kyoto Montsuki, we present to you our Black-Dyed Pajamas.
