YOUR ORDER
Upon successfully submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email, this will be followed by further emails outlining tracking and delivery details.
Please note we reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, in our sole discretion.
SHIPPING
We ship within the U.S. only at this time. Shipping rates are generated during the checkout process. We ship orders within the U.S. via USPS.
We offer free USPS ground shipping on orders over $200 within the continental U.S. Please note that in some circumstances this offer does not apply. For home and jewelry items that require specialist packing and insurance procedures, we are unable to offer the free USPS ground service. This will be reflected at checkout.
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. We do not offer weekend delivery.
When choosing to place an order with BOTTEGA 360 you authorize to use our shipping provider. Online orders from BOTTEGA 360 are insured during the time they are in transit until they are delivered to your specified delivery address (address entered at checkout). Upon delivery (to the shipping address you supplied upon placing your order) the purchased goods/orders become your responsibility.
If the client/ receiver makes changes with the shipping provider whilst the order is in transit, this could include but is not limited to; re-routing, re-directing, forwarding and holding packages, the above insurance becomes invalid, as well as our ability to honor our return/ exchange/ refund policy.
Delivery Notification Confirmation from our shipping providers is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by BOTTEGA 360. Please note we require a signature upon delivery for any orders above $1000.00 USD.
BOTTEGA 360 is not responsible for any delays affecting the shipping provider. Please note the address entered as the shipping address as part of your order is final and not changeable once the shipping label has been created.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.
DUE TO THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THE POLICY BELOW WILL RESUME AFTER IT IS DETERMINED SAFE TO DO SO, POST PANDEMIC. AT THAT TIME, THIS DISCLOSURE WILL BE REMOVED. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We do our best to have the inventory updated at all times but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item you purchased is sold out we will call you or email you and the amount be credited back to your credit card.
